How do I book?
Super easy! You can book through our Whatsapp, Booking Site (coming soon), or just give us a call. We have ensured that we are accessible and convenient for everyone.
What payment methods do you accept?
We take all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard,
American Express) and digital payments like
Apple Pay and Google Pay. Corporate clients? We’ve got invoicing options too!
Can I make changes to my booking?
Of course! Plans change, and we’re flexible. Just update your booking through
Whatsapp, Booking Site (coming soon), or call us. We’ll make sure everything’s sorted, subject
to availability and our cancellation term.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, you can cancel your booking. According to our cancellation policy, if you cancel at
least 3 hours before your scheduled time, you will receive a full 100% refund. However, if you
cancel less than 3 hours before your booking, a cancellation fee will apply.
Are your drivers trained?
Absolutely! Our drivers are top-notch—fully trained,
licensed and ready to give you a smooth,
safe ride with a friendly vibe.
Is there facility of Wi-Fi in your vehicles?
Yes, you can have access to high speed internet in all our vehicles.
Can you provide child seats?
Yes! Just let us know at the time of the booking, and we will get a child seat
ready for your little
one.
